AE Partner DNA

We are proud of our employees who embody the unique AE Partner DNA in their everyday work. One of its core elements is empathy – the ability not to remain indifferent, to recognize where help is needed, and to take action.

Driven by employee initiative, we have established the Donation Jar, with funds dedicated to supporting the development of paediatric palliative care at the Liepāja Regional Hospital. Our colleagues also regularly organize support activities for social care centres, educational institutions, and animal shelters.

Community engagement

We actively engage in initiatives that create value for society and foster a culture where support and participation are part of everyday life.

In our facilities, we regularly collaborate with the blood donation centre, enabling employees to donate blood conveniently during working hours. In this way, we support the donor community and contribute to public health.

We are proud to support employees serving in the National Guard, helping to strengthen both local and national security. We also remain open to cooperation with national defence organisations and other public safety initiatives.
