Year 1996
Plus Process Controls A/S Denmark is founded.
Year 2003
Plus Process Controls A/S decides to establish a manufacturing facility in Latvia. Claus Ravn joins the company as Managing Director, and Michael Holm is appointed Sales Manager.
Year 2006
Claus Ravn and Michael Holm acquire 80% of the shares in Plus Process Controls and rename the company AE Partner (AE = Automation and Engineering).
Year 2010
Claus Ravn and Michael Holm acquire the remaining shares of Plus Process Controls, becoming the sole owners of the company.
Year 2012
AE Partner Installation and AE Partner Panels are established.
Year 2013
AE Partner opens a new branch in Denmark and expands its facilities in Latvia to 6,800 m².
Year 2015
AE Partner expands its facilities by an additional 2,500 m² and reaches a workforce of 200 employees.
Year 2016
100% production capacity utilization is achieved through employee training and the introduction of two-shift operations.
Year 2017
AE Partner is recognized as the fastest-growing company in its sector. The company also completes the implementation of the LEAN philosophy across its operations.
AE Partner reaches 300 employees.
Year 2018
AE Partner reaches 400 employees and expands its facilities by a further 1,000 m².
Year 2021
AE Partner reaches 420 employees.
Year 2022
AE Partner’s turnover reaches EUR 73.1 million, representing a 31% increase compared to the previous year. Investments in digitalization, automation, and production expansion continue, while the workforce grows to 523 employees.
Year 2023
The company’s turnover reaches EUR 74.9 million, profit exceeds EUR 4.2 million, and the workforce increases to 540 employees.
Year 2024
AE Partner is granted Liepāja Special Economic Zone (SEZ) company status and launches a project to construct a new production and administration building. The company employs 540 people.
The expansion of production and office facilities begins.
Year 2025
A major expansion of production and office facilities in Liepāja is completed. The company maintains stable business volumes and continues investing in its future development.
AE Partner achieves a turnover of EUR 75.6 million and a profit of EUR 3.6 million, further strengthening its production capacity and supporting future growth.
Year 2026
With the acquisition of a historic building at 16/18 Vecā Ostmala, AE Partner continues its expansion.
