Creating shared value

We believe a company should be more than just a business – it should be a force for positive change. We look at our growth through a broader lens, actively investing in future generations, supporting our team, and contributing to a healthier, more vibrant society.

Empowering communities

We invest in the future by backing initiatives that expand development opportunities for children and youth, ensuring that every child has the chance to develop their talents and shape their future, regardless of the family they grow up in. This helps create stronger, more resilient local communities.

AE Partner DNA

We are proud of our employees who embody the unique AE Partner DNA in their everyday work. One of its core elements is empathy – the ability not to remain indifferent, to recognize where help is needed, and to take action.

Driven by employee initiative, we have established the Donation Jar, with funds dedicated to supporting the development of paediatric palliative care at the Liepāja Regional Hospital. Our colleagues also regularly organize support activities for social care centres, educational institutions, and animal shelters.

We value and support initiatives that help make our community stronger, more caring, and better every day.

3 | 5

Employee Support

We support our employees in every stage of their personal and professional development, valuing their ability not only to excel in their roles, but also to continuously grow and evolve — at work, in sport, and in life.

We care deeply about our team’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and our commitment extends beyond the workplace. Through various initiatives, we help develop essential life skills — from financial literacy and understanding the role of parenthood to fostering healthy and balanced lifestyle habits.

At the same time, we take pride in employees who achieve outstanding results at the highest levels of international sport, as well as those who continuously pursue professional growth and lifelong learning.

Community Engagement

We actively engage in initiatives that create value for society and foster a culture where support and participation are part of everyday life.

In our facilities, we regularly collaborate with the blood donation centre, enabling employees to donate blood conveniently during working hours. In this way, we support the donor community and contribute to public health.

We are proud to support employees serving in the National Guard, helping to strengthen both local and national security. We also remain open to cooperation with national defence organisations and other public safety initiatives.

We actively share knowledge by welcoming pupils, students, and youth organisations to our premises, introducing them to our work, sharing experience, and inspiring the next generation.
