AE Partner has completed and commissioned a new production building in Liepāja, marking an important step in the company’s long-term development and the expansion of its production capacity.
Construction of the new facility began on 20 June 2024 and was completed within one year. The building will be officially commissioned on 1 July 2025.
Within 12 months, a more than 5,000 m², two-storey production and office building was constructed. As a result, AE Partner now operates across a total of 16,812 m² of facilities.
The new premises provide more modern and comfortable working conditions for employees and enable the entire production process to be organised in one location — from start to finish under one roof — thereby improving efficiency and workflow.
Key contributors to the project included AE Partner’s Head of Technical Department, Raivis Eglītis, as well as partners Architect Sandijs Grietēns and contractors A-J Energobūve and Aigars Viļums.
The new facility represents the next stage in the company’s growth and capacity strengthening.
